Shipping and Returns
- Carriers Used: Icelandic Post Office. It is the sole discretion of Fors ehf. when an item is being shipped to use the carrier of their choice. All items will be traceable.
- Orders are shipped as soon as we receive them. The Post Office delivers orders after about 7 business days. If we can’t ship within that period or there will be a delay, we will notify by email or by phone to let you know of the status.
- Most parcels reach their destination promptly and without incidents. Please understand that Fors has no control over delivery day or delivery time, once the parcel is turned over to the carrier.
We deliver all over the world. Please note that delivery times depend on the governing laws of the country the parcel is being sent to. All customs and/or tolls & duties will be paid by the recipient. Fors ehf. takes no liability for delays due to customs checks and or but not limited to inspections the parcel might go through in the country it is being sent to.
Shipping Cost:Within Iceland: ISK: Calculated at checkout. If orders reach 15.000 ÍKR then shipping is free.
Post Office Europe, USA & rest of the world: Flat rate of $20.
Note: Customs charges are not included in the prices that Fors ehf. charges.
Returns and refunds:
The buyer has 14 days to cancel the purchase of all and the product is refunded in full if the conditions below are met. The product must be unused, returned in good condition, in the original packaging and accompanied by a payment receipt. The return period begins when the product is delivered to the registered recipient. You can return the product to the warehouse of Fors ehf. at Gardatorg 1, 210 Garðabær, Iceland.
Returning the product is the buyer's responsibility and expense, unless he received the wrong or damaged product.
In other respects, reference is made to consumer purchase no. 48/2003. Please note that a specially marked product cannot be returned unless it is a wrong or damaged product.
